At Estuary we have an office to manage the care we deliver to people’s homes across Norfolk and neighbouring areas of Lincolnshire.

Estuary House also offers supported living to adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental health needs and feel secure with 24hr support as well as the opportunity to engage with one or two people with same needs as them.

Supported Living Accommodation provides a more independent way of life,and  can support if you can’t, or don’t want to, continue living on your own home.

Supported Living accommodation can be in the form of your own:

1. Room within a shared house such as Swale House and Estuary House which are both Registered and Regulated by CQC. You have your own room and share communal spaces with up to 4 other friendly residents 
2. property—usually an apartment or bungalow. Here you would usually continue to live with your partner. In most cases the property will usually have at least one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, and living area.  In some of  our properties there will also be communal areas, such as activity rooms, gardens, or dining rooms. 

All our supported living properties are available for rent only. 

Estuary House Supported Living:

This is a 5-bedroom House consisting of:

1. A self-contained one-bedroom flat occupied by a resident who enjoys who values their privacy and security of being near care support as needed
2. A Large Ground Floor bedroom occupied by a resident who has unpredictable care needs that require same floor living and access to care staff as needed
3. 2 first floor large bedrooms occupied by 2 residents who have no mobility issues and enjoy their independence knowing that they have support staff at hand 24hrs
4. 1 small first floor bedroom to accommodate Live in Support Worker
