Founded and led by Registered General Nurses, we bring genuine clinical expertise and a deep passion for quality into everything we do whether that’s supporting someone in their own home, providing live-in care, or offering a place to live within one of our own facilities. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and commissioned by NHS Integrated Care Boards and local authority Social Care Departments across the UK. But beyond the credentials, we are simply a team of people who care about the individuals we support, the families around them, and the difference great care can make to a life.

HOW IT WORKS
Every care journey begins with a thorough assessment of your needs, your home environment, your routines, and the things that matter most to you. This isn’t a tick-box exercise; it’s how we make sure we get it right from day one. We use this time to understand not just your clinical needs but the smaller details too whether you’d prefer a male or female carer, someone who can drive, a person who shares your interests, or a carer who is comfortable around your pets.
From there, we work with you and those who know you best to build a personal support plan. Your care is arranged on your terms around your mealtimes, your routines, your hobbies, and your preferences. And as your needs change over time, your care has the flexibility to change with it.

Our Care Team
The home care you receive from Ness M Care Services comes from a specialist team of people with a genuine passion for quality. Our CQC Registered Managers each oversee care delivery in their respective areas across the UK, supported by a senior team of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and an in-house Social Worker. This experienced leadership guides and supports our highly trained Home Care Assistants and Nurses, the people who come to your door every day and make a real difference to your life.
We also work closely with GPs, District Nurses, Hospital Discharge Planners, and other specialist community professionals to make sure your care is well coordinated and nothing falls through the gaps.
